Through the years, Full Throttle Kustomz has taken part in promoting many charities. We are always looking for ways to give back and bring awareness to those less fortunate. If you have a charity that is close to your heart, tell us about it and how we can help spread the word. Please take a few minutes to view these charities that inspire us and if there is one that speaks to you click on the link to learn more about them and help our cause.
I first met the president of CRN, Jeff Griesemer during the 2007 Fireball Run Transcontinental Ralley. FBR chose this charity to help bring awareness to communities across the US about the organization and to help find missing children. After having a long talk with Jeff and hearing the statistics, I knew I had to help any way I could. During the Fireball Run, we passed out thousands of fliers with pictures of missing children on them and I know many of the Fireballers continued their search long after the ralley was over. Please take the time to checkout Child Rescue Networks site and find your own way to help Jeff and his staff help bring families back together!
During our sponsorship of the “Pinks All Out” event @ Summit Raceway Park in Norwalk, Ohio, we were given a chance to help another organization. Since the event sold out 500 race entries in 15 minutes through Summit Raceway Park and there were over 300 more on a waiting list. We thought this was the perfect opportunity to raise money to help the children at Rainbow Babies. We took 2 race tickets and held a raffle
Our raffle was simple…fill out a registration form and donate to Rainbow Babies to be entered into the raffle for a chance to win a race entry ticket. Our goal was to raise money and awareness. Judging by the people that participated in our raffle and those of you that stopped by our booth the day of the event to donate directly to the representatives, I think we achieved our goal. All it takes is one trip to visit these children and you will quickly realize how lucky you really are, which is why we decided to match the money raised through our raffle!
Best Friends is the largest “No Kill” Animal Sanctuary in the United States.
I had the honor of spending a day and volunteering in the Utah Sanctuary and will tell you first hand, It truly is amazing how much love and care go to these animals!
