Let me start by saying, if you didn’t make it, you really missed out. The Cleveland Grand Prix was awesome. All of us at FTK really enjoyed the weekend of racing. The crowd was enormous, the racing was fast and the weather was perfect. We had a huge display area with a whole arsenal of cool cars. Krysta was there signing posters the whole weekend. Displayed to our right were the guys at Cooper Tire, whom we would like to thank for all of the shoutouts! Saturday they held an autograph session next to our display with the drivers of the Champ Car Series, and also sold used racing slicks with signatures for charity, only ten dollars a tire! We got a few. BP Fuels was set up to our left with their Cobalts on the dyno showing the difference between their regular and Ultimate fuel. Joe Sylvester was also displaying his monster truck, Bad Habit in the Full Throttle Display. On the other side of the track we had a smaller display with our trailer, in between the women’s professional volleyball and the freestyle motocross pit. The motocross guys really put on a good show, no matter how many times you see them, its always a "wow" experience. They also had BMX ramps set up with some different shows throughout the weekend. Now, here is the cool part, during the evening Friday and Saturday we were able to take our cars out onto the track and do some drag racing thanks to Street Warriorz. Both nights were extremely intense, racing 'heads up" with all the locals in their street machines. We were able to race the Shelby GT500 and win 17 of 20, 6 of 6 with the Black Supercharged H2 and 6 of 7 with our 07 Dodge Cummins. Overall it was a fun time, a good way to let off a little steam from a long days work! Check out the official site. www.grandprixofcleveland.com.
